Stretch Tent Sizes and Capacity Guide

Choosing the right size stretch tent depends on your guest numbers and event style. Here’s a simple guide:

  • < 20 Guests → Extra small stretch tent

  • 20–50 guests → Small stretch tent (ideal for garden parties)

  • 50–100 guests → 15 × 10.5m stretch tent (perfect for weddings & celebrations)

  • 100–120 guests → 22 × 10.5m stretch tent (perfect for seating medium / larger events with space for a dancefloor/bar)

  • 120 - 160 Guests → 21 × 15 m stretch tent ( Hosting a large seated celebration with plenty of extra space)

  • 200+ guests → Multiple tents or for events such as conferences we may suggest a 31.5 × 15m tent.

We hired two small tents for our wedding reception in May 2025 from Assemble Stretch Tents. Harvey and the Team couldn’t have been more accommodating and we can’t fault the service, aesthetics and overall good vibes these guys brought to our big day.
