Frequently Asked Questions
How many days does the stretch tent rental cover?
The standard term covered is 4 days and includes all weekend. However, we can be flexible with your event requirements.
Same day rigging and de-rigging can take place if the event provides us enough time to access the site and complete all the necessary work.
How long does it take to put up and take down?
This totally depends on the size of stretch tent and the location. Should we have easy access and a large space to put the tent then a small tent will take 90 minutes. with the larger tents taking 2-3 hours.
Will the weather affect how I have my stretch tent set up?
Stretch tents are awesome structures that can be set up depending on the weather. If the weathers really warm, we can open up the sides to allow a shaded space which allows a breeze.
With the British weather being unpredictable, the tents can be set up with multiple sides down to allow a cosier feel for your event. With careful placement of heaters this can also allow for colder weather.
Please see our guide on the configurations you can have

What surface can we set up stretch tents on?
The easiest and cheapest for surface for you to is set up on grass. We use 1 metre long stakes to anchor the tent to the ground.
Hard standing is possible with the use of bolts. We will be required to do an assessment of the area as we would be required to drill in to buildings/concrete depending on where you would like the tent.
Does the ground have to be flat?
Assemble Stretch tents will allow you to be flexible with where you place your tents. A stretch tent can flex over any terrain using state of the art Bedouin canvas, and work around buildings and other structures. Our internal poles vary in height and can be installed on different levels within the tent to suit the site.
What access do you require to set up the tent?
We require access with a van to within 50 meters of the stretch tent.
Is there damage cover on the tent?
Damage caused by negligence is the customer’s responsibility to pay for. Damage from forces of nature such as storms is covered by Assemble. You agree to this on signing off the tent during set up.
